Compensation Package:

• $300,000 guaranteed base salary.

• Aggressive wRVU productivity model with physicians commonly earning $330,000–$340,000+ annually.

• Productivity threshold begins at approximately 16 patients per day.

• Up to $30,000 in sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

• $12,000 annual attendance/"Good Citizen" bonus.

• Seven weeks of paid time off.

• One week of CME plus $4,500 CME allowance.

Call Structure:

• Pediatric call rotation approximately 1:6.

• Average of only five pediatric admissions annually per physician.

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

• Eligible for Colorado medical licensure.
