Practice Details

• Full-spectrum Family Medicine
• Care for patients from pediatrics through geriatrics
• Four-day work week
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Wednesday designated as administrative/off day
• 32 clinical hours per week
• Average patient volume of approximately 16 patients per day
• New patient visits scheduled for 40 minutes
• Follow-up appointments scheduled for 20 minutes
• Ramp-up period available for gradual panel development

Compensation

• Base Salary: $300,000
• Aggressive wRVU productivity model
• Typical physician earnings range from $330,000-$340,000+
• Productivity threshold begins at approximately 16 patients per day
• Up to $30,000 Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance
• Annual Good Citizen/Attendance Bonus: $12,000
