Highlights

- Schedule: Must be flexible to work days, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month (day or night depending on departmental need)
- Night Coverage: 3–6 night shifts per month, scheduled based on department need. Night shifts may be in OB or OR.
- Level I Trauma Center experience preferred
- AZ Licensed: ~6 weeks
- IMLC: ~2 months
- Non-Licensed: ~3 months (based on clean background, malpractice, and criminal history)
- Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting
