Highlights
Schedule: One week per month from January through September 2027, Monday-Monday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with nightly beeper call coverage
Patient Volume: Approximately 14 NICU patients daily and 20 well-baby nursery patients on weekends
EMR: Epic
Required Certifications: NRP, DEA, and CSR/CDS
Required Skills/Procedures: Neonatal inpatient care, Level III NICU coverage, well-baby nursery coverage, and circumcisions
Board Certification: Board Certified in Neonatology
License Requirements: Active Connecticut license or IMLC required
Additional Details: Hospital-based inpatient practice covering multiple facilities. Night call responsibilities include a 1:4 call rotation with occasional call-backs during the week. Providers must be comfortable covering both hospital locations. Temporary privileges may be available, and interview is not required. Local candidates preferred.
