Highlights

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts (7a-7p); 7-10 shifts per month
Practice Setting: Inpatient Hospital Medicine
Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day
EMR: Cerner CommunityWorks
Licensing: Vermont license required (or willingness to obtain); BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with Hospitalist experience
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days; temporary privileges available
Required Skills: Adult inpatient medicine, admissions, code and rapid response management, and step-down patient care; ventilator management preferred
Other Key Details: Weekend coverage expected, no procedures required, experienced NP support on weekdays, travel reimbursement available, and strong nursing, ED, surgical, and case management support teams onsite.
