Highlights
- Starting as soon as credentialed.
- Privileges can take up to 90 days
- The assignment is to provide Hospital Call coverage and also perform scheduled colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures 1 - 2 weeks of the month
- Procedures would be performed during the week and Hospital Call is needed 7 days a week
- Weekdays, Monday-Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Night call 5:00 pm - 7:00 am, Monday - Friday
- 24 hour call - 7a-7a Saturday and Sunday
- Setting: Outpatient Hospital department(procedures), Inpatient Hospital(Call)
- Duties: perform procedures 5 days per week and to take evening and weekend call.
- Required Procedures: Standard GI – colonoscopy and endoscopy
- Patients per Day: 8-10 procedures per day in the out-patient center
- Patients per day: 16-20 in the clinic, 8-10 procedures per day
- Cerner EMR
- Requirements: Board certified or board eligible, CA license, Clean malpractice highly preferred
