Open to providers available for 1–2 shifts per week
Case Mix: Spine, Orthopedics, GI, Pain Management, ENT, Peripheral Vascular
Open to physicians available for only 1–2 shifts per week
EMR: Athena
Expedited privileges available in as little as 1–2 weeks
Full credentialing typically completed within 90 days
