- Special procedures: Cardiac electrophysiology focused on rhythm disturbances; ablations (including left-sided); TEEs; provider-managed moderate sedation
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital size: 268 beds
- Requirements: BC or BE, AZ license, AZ DEA, ACLS, Minimum 1 year experience
- Credentialing timeframe: ~30 days
