Will be cross credentialed at 2 sites (will not accept those within 60 miles of facility)
Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call (No nights or call required at site 2)
Patients per shift: 5
Beds: 4 OR's
Cerner EMR
Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing regional blocks.
Active AZ license or be in the process of getting a license
Must be certified by the NBCRNA with at least one year of experience.
ACLS AND BLS are required.
