- Shift times are 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM with solo coverage overnight
- Approximately 16,000 annual emergency department visits
- Available support services include Hospitalists, General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Imaging, and Lab
- Procedures fall under the standard emergency department scope with no trauma designation
- EMR system used is Cerner
- Facility is an independent critical access hospital with full support staff
- Location is situated on Lake Memphremagog, near hiking, paddling, skiing, and rail trails
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine required; ABEM or AOBEM preferred
- Must hold an active Vermont license or be eligible through IMLC
- Experience with solo coverage preferred; comfort with low-volume rural emergency departments is a plus
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered
- 7 to 15-day blocks are preferred
