Dates: 9/15/2025-1/1/2026
Days per month: full time; Monday - Friday; on call duties 1 week per month (on call is 7 days per week (weeknight evenings 5:00 pm-7:30 am; Saturday/Sunday 24 hours)
Required Procedures: provide linac based treatments on Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator (3d, IMRT, SBRT); consultation, treatment planning, treatment supervision, OTV patient management, follow-ups
EMR:ARIA, Cerner
Support Staff: 3 Rad Oncs, 1 Practice Manager, 4 RNs, 3 MAs, 4 Medical Physicists (1 Chief of Physics), 2 Dosimetrists, 6 Radiation Therapists, front/back office support staff, procedure scheduler.
Coverage inpatient consultations/ on treatment volume is 4 patients per day, but can range from 1-8 per day
On treatment outpatients at outpatient location average ~25-30.
Certifications: AZ license or IMLC, BLS, DEA, Residency/Fellowship, BC
