A long-standing, physician-owned otolaryngology group in the greater New Haven area is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General ENT to join their thriving private practice. This is a rare opportunity to take over a full caseload immediately due to a planned retirement and to fast-track into partnership within 18–24 months.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $350,000–$400,000 (depending on experience)
- Earning potential: $600,000–$800,000+
- Partnership track: 18–24 months with buy-in to practice assets and receivables
- Ancillary revenue: Audiology, allergy, ASC income, and real estate investment options
- Relocation assistance and $25,000 commencement/retention bonus
- Generous time off: 20 PTO days + 5 CME days and $2,500 stipend

Call & Schedule
