- Windrose Family Medicine is a Primary Care Physicians office with 3 Physicians seeing 20 – 30 patients each on average per day, depending on the Provider.
- From prevention to diagnosis, and treatment, we see appointments for minor injuries, routine check-ups, immunizations, management of chronic illness or conditions, well-women exams, EKG’s, referrals to specialists, etc.
- We do not offer chronic medication management. We are also highly focused on MIPS Performance and Quality Measures.
- 12 and up patient population
- No patient scheduled at lunch time, providers can use this time for charting.
