Licking Memorial Hospital (LMH) is developing a dedicated Laborist program as part of its transition to a dual-model women’s health department. With 850 annual deliveries, supportive midwifery staff, and in-house specialty coverage, this position is ideal for those who prefer hospital-based obstetric practice with no outpatient responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: $350,000

- Longevity Bonus: $75,000 paid upfront and forgiven over 3 years
