- Weekday Coverage: Monday through Friday. No Weekends or Call.
- Schedule: Flexible to an 8-to-9-hour work schedule between the hours of 12:00 pm (noon) to 12:00 am (midnight).
- Case Load: 300/daily at main hospital including their ED, other locations they support is 50-100/daily.
- Daily Read (minimum expectations): Client expects a minimum read of 80 cases per day, following their protocol for "stats" and First-In-First-Out order for all other cases.

- Dictation Software: PowerScribe
- Certifications: BE/BC, Illinois or IMLC licensure accepted
- Standard credentialing turn-time is 30 days
- Emergency Privileges available to those with clean background (48-hour turn-time)
