- Schedule: Looking for one provider who can cover up to 8 call shifts a month, ideally that would include 2 weekends, Open to a 7 am Thursday - 7 am Monday shift or 7 am Friday through 7 am Tuesday shift for example
- 24 hour call shifts-can remain offsite within 15 minutes of the facility
- Not required to be onsite for call, but do need to respond w/in 15 minutes for stat c-section
- Does not offer VBAC's or planned deliveries <35 weeks
- No NICU
- 4 labor rooms, 4 postpartum rooms, and an OR in the L&D unit
- Entire hospital does about 350 deliveries a year
- Certifications: BC required, OR license required, OR DEA required, BLS, NRP required
- 90 day credentialing
