- Case mix: General, General Robotic, Vascular, GI Endoscopy, Non‑elective Orthopedic, Minor Neuro; not a trauma center
- Rooms/volume: 3 ORs + 1 Endo room; 5-15 cases/day (higher on Endo days)
- Facility size/seasonality: 88 beds; census ~70% in season, ~40% off‑season
- Systems: Medaxion, Meditech, Pyxis, GE Aisys
- Support staff: 3 surg techs, 2-3 circulating RNs, 1 charge nurse, 1 on‑site director
