- Schedule M-F 8-5 Full time. Perm is welcomed also. Child/Adult behavioral center
- Procedures: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication reviews, Review labs, clinical documents, and treatment plans, provide physician oversight per Medicaid guidelines, Collaborate with CMH staff, PCPs, and interdisciplinary teams, consult with administration and testify in court when needed.
- Certifications: MD/DO with Psychiatry Residency, BC or BE in psychiatry, DEA, MI license
- Experience with EHR, e-prescribing, outpatient and emergency psych care.
- Knowledge of Michigan Mental Health Code.
- Ability/willingness to work with children and adolescents.
- Experience/interest in substance use disorder treatment.
- Strong DSM-5 skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
