Highlights
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–4:30p with one weekend per month (8:00a–4:30p); no call or nights
Setting: Inpatient acute psychiatric unit
Patient Volume: Approximately 16–18 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Certifications Required: BLS
Required Skills: Adult inpatient psychiatry including medication management, admissions, and treatment of mood, psychotic, personality, and substance use disorders
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible accepted (must obtain BC within 5 years)
Licensure: Missouri license required
Credentialing: Approximately 60–90 days
Support: Structured inpatient setting with consistent workflow and established behavioral health team
