Required skills: Arthroscopy; Total joint replacement (hip and knee)
Support staff: 1 RN, 1 APP, 1 MA

Requirements: Board certification, Fellowship preferred, Active WA or IMLC, DEA
Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~30 days with temporary privileges available
